A contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy practice for lasting healing and development

Psychotherapy can be extremely effective in transforming a wide range of challenges and concerns and in facilitating development and growth. My approach is psychodynamic, meaning that the focus in our work will be to uncover and work through the dynamic, not-so-obvious aspects of your concerns, toward lasting change.

Depending on your goals and needs for treatment, I will recommend how frequently we meet and whether or not in person or Telehealth is appropriate.

I am a licensed professional with over 20 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services and I am a psychoanalyst member of the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California (PINC). I am also an AASECT certified sex therapist, one of very few in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the founder of the sex therapy certificate program at California Institute of Intregral Studies (CIIS), one of the largest training institutions of psychotherapists in California.

My practice is a psychodynamically-oriented with four key areas of service:

  • Individual psychotherapy can be very effective in treating long standing issues and patterns that may drive our difficulties. These issues often impact relationships, one’s sense of self, and fuel difficulties in determining desires and/or attaining them.
